The President of a confidential value firm in Colorado was captured for supposedly choking a teen who sprinkled a lady with water at an In-N-Out eatery.
Lucas N. Kalisher, 55, was arrested by the Loveland Police Division (LPD) on Aug. 4 around 1:00 a.m. neighborhood time, as per a delivery shared on the office’s Facebook page Wednesday, Aug. 14. Kalisher is the Chief of Highest point Source Financing LLC in the Denver region, in view of his LinkedIn profile.
Police said in their delivery that a 15-year-old male let them know he and two companions were playing and sprinkling water on one another inside the café on Fall Stream Drive. “During this connection a grown-up female was [accidentally] sprinkled with water,” the LPD added.

As indicated by police, the adolescent went to the lady’s table to apologize “when a grown-up male going with the lady unexpectedly got him, set two hands around the front and back of his neck, pulled him down to the table and tossed him in reverse onto the floor.”
The male, later distinguished as Kalisher, and the lady left the scene before officials showed up.

The Larimer Area Locale Office heard the case on Aug. 9 and on Tuesday, Aug. 13, gave a no bond warrant for Kalisher, the LPD states. He handed himself over to Larimer District Prison 10:33 p.m. that night and was accused of Attack in the Second Degree-Strangulation and Youngster Misuse, a class 1 Crime.
